Quick Format! provides an alternative to the slow initialization process the Macintosh‚Ñ¢ normally provides. With Quick Format! you can initialize disks at the fastest speed possible. You can also control how the disk is initialized. Now you can initalize disks in half the time it takes with traditional methods. This comes in handy when initializing newly-purchased disks in bulk, especially when backing up your hard drive.
